As generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Deepseek and Copilot become everyday work companions, a new risk has emerged: employees unintentionally feeding sensitive company data into AI systems that may store, learn from, or even leak that data.
While the benefits of AI are clear—productivity, creativity, and automation—organizations must implement clear safeguards to prevent sensitive or proprietary information from slipping through digital cracks.

Establish a Clear AI Usage Policy
